Welcome to The Well Belmar. We’re honored to be part of your family’s journey. Before participating in our classes and events, please take a moment to read and acknowledge the following waiver. This helps ensure a safe, respectful, and aligned experience for everyone in our community.
Assumption of Risk
By registering for and participating in any classes, workshops, or events hosted by The Well Belmar, I acknowledge that these offerings may involve physical activity, sensory play, shared materials, and group interaction. I understand that, as with any activity involving young children, there are inherent risks including, but not limited to, minor injuries, allergic reactions, illness, or discomfort from sensory exposure. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of myself and my child(ren).
Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless The Well Belmar, its owners, facilitators, employees, volunteers, and affiliated practitioners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness sustained during participation in its programs. This release includes any such incidents occurring on-site or during off-site events.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and defend The Well Belmar against any claims, actions, damages, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, resulting from my or my child’s participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I understand that I am responsible for the supervision and behavior of my child unless otherwise specified by a class facilitator.
Health & Safety Agreement
I agree to keep my child home if they show signs of contagious illness and to follow The Well Belmar’s health and wellness guidelines. I understand that some classes may use natural or sensory materials (e.g., herbs, essential oils, food-based items) and I will inform facilitators of any allergies or sensitivities in advance.
I acknowledge that while The Well Belmar creates a safe and mindful space, ultimate responsibility for my child’s health and safety lies with me as the parent or caregiver.
