​At The Well, we believe childhood doesn't need to be rushed. Our Fall 2026 Enrichment Programs are intentionally designed for young children who are ready to begin building independence in a warm, nurturing environment while still honoring the wonder, play, and connection that define these early years.​
Whether you're looking for a gentle one-day introduction through our Monday Toddler Transition Program or an immersive outdoor learning experience in our Farm Enrichment 2-Day Program, each program is rooted in the values that make The Well so special: connection, curiosity, hands-on learning, and honoring each child's unique pace of development.

Monday Toddler Transition Program
Ages 18 months–3 years
Mondays | 9:00–10:30 AM

Children explore an authentic Montessori work cycle, enjoy music and movement, share snack together, and begin building confidence, independence, and friendships in a calm, nurturing classroom. Our experienced guides partner closely with families to support each child's unique transition. Perfect for families looking for one meaningful morning each week to help prepare for preschool.
Farm Enrichment 2-Day Program
Ages 2–4 years
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 9:00–11:30 AM

A thoughtfully designed outdoor learning experience in our outdoor classroom on Lanza's Farm in Wall. Rooted in Montessori principles, children spend their mornings exploring nature, engaging in hands-on learning, caring for their environment, creating, moving, and discovering alongside a small group of peers. As the seasons change, so does the classroom, offering endless opportunities for curiosity, resilience, and joyful learning!

Both programs are run by one of our Lead Guides and an assistant with a ratio of 1 adult per 6 children
