Holographic Sound Bath with Jamie Coppa of The Well

 

Join Jamie for this one of a kind sound experience every Thursday at The Well. Participants will fully relax and enjoy the combination of crystal tones alchemy singing bowls and vocal toning to unlock deeper insights, relax, and recharge.  After a holographic sound bath, participants will be led back through soulful song via guitar and harmonium before a brief community integration.

Join Kate on Monday nights at The Well for a gentle and immersive sound experience to evoke a theta dreamlike state and take you inward to deep rest and reconnection. This heart centered offering is held with a variety of Kate’s crystal alchemy singing bowls by Crystal Tones and other vibroacoustic instruments, with a brief guided meditation to lead the audience in and out of the resonant sound. Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and to bring a yoga mat & comfy blanket to ensure the coziest experience.
