The Well Community Collective LLC ("The Well," "we," "us," or "our") is a Montessori-inspired family wellness community located at 801 B Main Street, Belmar, NJ 07719. We offer parent-child education classes, yoga, wellness programming, membership packages, birthday parties, space rentals, and curated wellness resources for families.

Child and family information such as your child's name and age, which you may provide when registering for parent-child classes or birthday parties. This information is provided by you as the parent or guardian, not collected directly from children. Trusted Partners Circle information such as your name, email, phone number, and the partner or service you are interested in — collected when you submit an interest form on our Trusted Partners page. Communication preferences such as whether you'd like to receive emails, newsletters, or updates from us. Website usage information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools used by our website platform, Wix.

How We Use Your Information

Improve our website, services, and programming based on how our community uses them.

Trusted Partners Circle. When you submit an interest form requesting an introduction to one of our Trusted Partners, we share your contact information (name, email, and phone number) with that specific partner so they can connect with you. We only share your information with the partner you selected, and only for the purpose of that introduction. Please note that The Well participates in referral partnerships with our Trusted Partners, which means we may receive a referral fee if you book services after an introduction. Service providers. We use third-party platforms to operate our business, including Wix (website hosting), GlowFox (membership and class management), and email marketing tools. All guests agree to th capture and use of images by signing our waiver upon registration. If they would prefer no photos be taken or dsitributed by The Well Community Collective LLC , please email us at hello@thewellbelmar.com so we can add you to our "no media" list.
