the Well trusted partner circle
referral partnership disclosure

Last updated: March 2026

At The Well Belmar, transparency and trust are at the heart of everything we do — and that extends to how we work with the practitioners we recommend.

What is the Trusted Partners Circle?

The Trusted Partners Circle is a curated group of local practitioners and wellness experts whom we personally know, trust, and recommend to the families in our community. Each partner is carefully selected based on their alignment with our values of intentional care, community, and whole-family well-being.

Do you have a financial relationship with your Trusted Partners?

Yes. The Well Belmar participates in mutual referral partnerships with the practitioners featured in our Trusted Partners Circle. This means: When a family is introduced to a Trusted Partner through The Well and books a service for the first time, The Well may receive a one-time referral fee from that partner. When a Trusted Partner refers a new family to The Well who joins our membership or purchases a class pack, the partner may receive a one-time referral fee from The Well. These referral fees are paid between The Well and our partners. They do not increase the cost of services to you in any way. The price you pay for a Trusted Partner's services is the same whether you are referred by The Well or find them independently.

Does this financial relationship influence your recommendations?

No. We only invite practitioners into our Trusted Partners Circle whom we have personally vetted and would confidently recommend to our own families. Financial arrangements do not determine who we feature or how we present them. We limit our circle to one or two providers per category specifically to maintain the quality and integrity of our recommendations.

Am I obligated to use a Trusted Partner?

Absolutely not. Our Trusted Partners are shared as a resource for our community. You are always free to choose any provider you wish, and your experience at The Well is not affected in any way by whether or not you work with one of our partners.

Why are you sharing this?

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires that material financial relationships be disclosed clearly and conspicuously when recommendations are made. We believe in going beyond the minimum and we want you to feel fully informed and confident in the recommendations we share, which is why we are transparent about how our partnerships work.
