Membership Access

​

Your membership provides access to designated classes, offerings, and discounts as outlined at the time of purchase. Each membership is non-transferable and applies to the registered family. 

 

We kindly ask that families arrive no more than 15 minutes before class to help us maintain a smooth flow in the space. At the end of class, please exit promptly so we can transition thoughtfully for the next group or begin to prepare for the next day's classes.

Commitment and Payment

Root, Rise And Bloom Memberships are auto-billed on a once monthly basis. We understand that rhythms shift. If you need to cancel your membership, please provide 30 days' written notice prior to the next billing date. We are unable to provide refunds or credit for missed classes.

 

Members may pause their membership once per calendar year for up to thirty days. During the pause period, billing will be suspended. The pause must be requested at least thirty days prior to the next scheduled billing date. Pauses requested within thirty days of the billing date will be applied to the following billing cycle. Members are not eligible to cancel their membership during a pause period — if you wish to cancel after pausing, you must provide thirty days written notice after your pause ends as your membership will automatically resume billing on the next scheduled date.

Media Release

 

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that photos of yourself and your child may be taken during the course of this class/event that may be used or distributed by The Well Community Collective LLC. If you prefer not to have photos taken or distributed, please email hello@thewellbelmar.com and we will keep this note on file.

Members agree to uphold the energy of The Well - maintaining our space with reverence, kindness, and mindfulness. Disruptive behavior, repeated no-shows, or disregard for community agreements may result in a membership termination.
