Service Description

Join Kate for a gentle and immersive sound experience to evoke a theta dreamlike state and take you inward to deep rest and reconnection. This heart centered offering is held with a variety of Kate’s crystal alchemy singing bowls by Crystal Tones and other vibroacoustic instruments, with a brief guided meditation to lead the audience in and out of the resonant sound. Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and to bring a yoga mat & comfy blanket to ensure the coziest experience.
