Service Description

Join Jamie and Korrie for this powerful combination of breathwork and sound healing to honor the full moon. Together we will create space for you to connect with your body, emotions, and intuition for rejuvenation, mental clarity, and insight. We will begin the class with a powerful breathwork journey followed with meditation with the sound of the crystal bowls and vocal toning. All participants will be offered medicinal cacao upon entry and we will join in a group integration and connection to close out our evening.
