Join Jamie and Nikki for this hour long drop off where will go on a yoga kriya adventure, explore breath and self regulation and a sound bath before we have a fresh organic fruit snack around the table while we connect and talk about our experience!

Jamie is an AMI 0-3 Montessori Guide and yoga teacher with level 2 Radiant Child Children's Yoga certification that also offers holographic sound baths. Nikki is an AMS 3-6 Montessori Guide and beloved community yoga teacher.
